UP "Vitebskoblgaz" informs that due to the phased transition of gas supply organizations to charging for gas supply services in the unified republican information system for accounting, calculation and charging for housing and communal services and for the use of residential premises (AIS "Raschet-ZhKU"), the method of payment for consumed natural gas is changing!

Currently, payment for gas supply services is made in two branches of ERIP: the old one - "Gas Supply" and the new one - "Gas Supply AIS Raschet-ZhKU".

To access the old branch, you need to log into the "Raschet" System (ERIP), then - Communal Payments - Gas Supply - select your city or district - Vitebskoblgaz - Gas Supply. Then you need to enter your personal account number (a single-digit or six-digit number) and click "Info".

If the payment details are outdated, and a notification about the need to switch to the new ERIP branch is posted in the notes, you should switch to the new ERIP branch to make the payment.

To access the new branch, you need to log into the "Raschet" System (ERIP), then - Communal Payments - Gas Supply AIS Raschet-ZhKU - Vitebsk region - Vitebskoblgaz - Gas Supply AIS Raschet-ZhKU. Then enter your 13-digit personal account number.

If you do not know your 13-digit personal account number, you must contact the gas supply organization to clarify the information.

Dear gas consumers, please note that payment for completed work (rendered services) is made only in the old branch.

In order to avoid cases of incorrect payment, the gas supply organization asks you to make payments between the 15th and 25th day of the month following the reporting period.
