Child drivers are a special category of road users

This year, five traffic accidents involving underage drivers have already been recorded in the Vitebsk region. In four of these cases, they were the ones responsible for the accidents.

It is important to remember that handing over the control of a vehicle to a person who is knowingly without a driving license entails administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of 5 basic units.

We draw your attention to the fact that when "unlicensed" teenagers on motor vehicles are detained while driving on public roads, their vehicles will be confiscated and placed in secure parking lots.

Legal representatives will be held accountable for the improper fulfillment of their duties in the maintenance and upbringing of minors, in accordance with Article 10.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus.
