Changes to the procedure for training and knowledge testing on industrial safety issues
Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of 17.07.2024 No. 55 introduces amendments to the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of 06.07.2016 No. 31 "On Training and Knowledge Testing in Industrial Safety".
Extraordinary knowledge testing
It is specified that an extraordinary knowledge test on industrial safety issues is carried out when adopting (amending) legislative acts in the field of industrial safety, the compliance with which is part of their official (functional) duties and entails a change in these duties. Thus, an extraordinary knowledge test on industrial safety issues will be conducted only in cases where changes in legislative acts directly affect the official (functional) duties of employees and lead to their change.
Signing of the knowledge test protocol
The requirements set out in the note to the appendix to the Instruction on the procedure for training and knowledge testing in industrial safety have been moved to paragraph 28: the knowledge test protocol is signed by the members of the industrial safety commission present during the knowledge testing.
Changes to the Instruction on the procedure for issuing a certificate
The Instruction on the procedure for issuing a certificate for the right to service potentially hazardous facilities clarifies that a Certificate for the right to service potentially hazardous facilities to military personnel, civilian personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and transport troops is issued in the manner established by the Ministry of Defense.
Also, the requirement to enter the validity period of the certificate has been excluded from the form of the Certificate for the right to service potentially hazardous facilities.
