From April 8 to 13, the State Automobile Inspectorate will conduct a preventive event aimed at improving the safety of passenger transportation by taxis

In the first quarter of the current year, taxi drivers were involved in 40 road traffic accidents, in which 9 people sustained various injuries.

While on duty, traffic police officers will pay attention to monitoring compliance with safe passenger transportation conditions, traffic rules, and vehicle operation. Interdepartmental raid groups are aimed at suppressing the activities of illegal carriers.

Upon detection of violations in the procedure for admitting drivers and faulty vehicles to passenger transportation, administrative measures will be applied to the heads of business entities.
