The Alexey Talay Charitable Foundation is the initiator of the project to create and install nationwide monuments "Living Memory of Grateful Generations", which has resonated in the hearts of hundreds of thousands of families of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.

Residents of the Miory district are invited to join the fundraising campaign. Coins from families for the monument can be donated until March 30, 2025. Corresponding fundraising containers have been installed in all schools in the district, as well as in the Miory Central District Library and the territorial center for social services of the population of the Miory district.
