The Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee informs

Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee informs that in accordance with the requirements of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 32 of January 25, 2024 "On Passenger Road Transport", intra-republican passenger transportations on a non-regular basis, including by taxi, may only be carried out on the condition that information about dispatchers, carriers, vehicles and drivers is included in the Register of Passenger Road Transport on a Non-Regular Basis.

Inclusion of information in the Register is carried out by the Transport Inspectorate electronically based on applications from carriers through the Unified Portal of Electronic Services E-pasluha. No state duty is charged for inclusion of information in the Register until November 1, 2024. From November 1, 2024, passenger transportations without inclusion of information in the Register are illegal and prohibited.
