The purpose of the project is the construction of a shared construction facility for the personal, family, household, and other needs of the co-investors that do not contradict the legislation. The area of the plot is 0.122 hectares.
Number of apartments under construction in the building: one-room - 5, two-room - 30, three-room - 5.
Total area of apartments – 2370.30 sq. m., living area - 1239.10 sq. m.
The estimated construction cost is 6610.168 thousand rubles as of the date of development of the estimate documentation, June 1, 2022. Construction duration – 8 months. Construction start date – November 1, 2024.
The preliminary cost of one square meter of the total apartment area is 2,800.00 rubles. The cost of the apartment includes finishing works. If the construction deadlines of the facility change, the cost of one square meter will be adjusted considering the forecast index of construction price growth.
Characteristics of the shared construction object: metal entrance door; PVC profile windows; equipment: gas stove, water heater, water-gas-heat meters, toilet. Site improvement includes areas for recreation and utility purposes, and landscaping.
The construction project was developed by the Novopolotsk branch of the regional state unitary design enterprise "Institute "Vitebsk Grazhdanproekt".
Construction is carried out according to individual project 57.22.
The project has been approved by the Committee for Architecture and Construction of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, by the organizations that issued the technical specifications, and a positive conclusion has been received from RUE "Gosstroyexpertiza for the Vitebsk Region" dated 13.12.2022, No. 1231-30/22.
Construction is carried out by the state association "Vitebsk Construction Department", Vitebsk, Lenin St., 33.
The planned commissioning date is June 30, 2025.
To conclude agreements on the creation of shared construction objects in this apartment building, the following are offered:
- 40 apartments are being built at the expense of the republican budget for citizens who have priority right to be provided with rental housing under a lease agreement for rental housing of the state housing fund,
After commissioning, the apartment will be transferred to the ownership of the participants in the shared construction of the house.
