Attention, individual entrepreneurs!

Another reporting period is approaching. The Tax Inspectorate reminds of the obligation to submit declarations in electronic form, signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS). Declarations submitted on paper will not be accepted by the tax authorities. Administrative responsibility is provided for failure to submit declarations.

In order to avoid queues, we suggest obtaining an EDS certificate in advance by contacting the registration center: Polotsk, Skorina St., 13, room 222. There are 4 registration centers operating in the city of Vitebsk, located at the addresses: Gogol St. 14, office 307; Gogol St. 14, office 814; Lenin St., 2A-3, office 51; Lenin St., 10b.

To receive the EDS certificate issuance service, when visiting the registration center, you must have with you:

1. identity document;

2. a copy of the document confirming payment for the service;

3. a list of subscriber information for individual entrepreneurs;

4. a copy of the certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur. Payment for the certificate issuance service must be made before contacting the registration center. If you have an identification card (ID card), an individual entrepreneur can work in their personal account and submit various electronic documents, including tax declarations.

To work with ID cards, biometric document readers must be used, and the "Client Software (CS)" (NTClientSoftware application) will need to be installed. Tax authorities (including the Ministry of Taxes and Levies Inspectorate for the Polotsk District) have equipped workplaces for working with the Ministry of Taxes and Levies electronic services, including those using ID cards.
