On the marking of certain goods

From 01.02.2025 non-alcoholic beverages, juices, mobile phones, and laptops will be excluded from the list of goods subject to marking with unified control marks, and will simultaneously be included in the list of goods subject to marking with identification means.

When circulating such goods, marked with identification means applied directly to the goods or their packaging, or to material carriers not containing counterfeit protection elements (means) or security marks, the use of electronic waybills is mandatory.
