Today, heating will be disconnected from the heat source in residential buildings, social security institutions, medical, treatment and prevention, school and preschool educational institutions, specialized educational and sports institutions, public baths, theaters, educational institutions, dormitories, hotels, libraries, state archives, and museums.

Heat energy suppliers will introduce a "heating" mode at heat sources when the average daily outdoor air temperature drops below plus 8 degrees Celsius.
