On March 21, from 11 AM to 6 PM, a scheduled technical inspection of the centralized population alert system will be held in the Vitebsk region. During this time, messages will be broadcast via VHF and FM radio receivers and public address systems of shopping centers, railway stations, bus stations, via landline and mobile communication networks, and SMS messages will be sent.

The event is held to check the technical operability and quality performance of the system in case of emergencies or natural disasters. We ask residents and guests of the region to treat the ongoing work with understanding, maintain calm and public order.
