Electronic service to assist the taxpayer

The website of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus features a service for searching information from the State Register of Taxpayers (SRT).

Legal entities or individual entrepreneurs can be searched either by their taxpayer registration number (TRN) or by a fragment of their name. The search results will display the following taxpayer details from the SRT: TRN, full and abbreviated name, code and name of the tax inspection authority, date of registration, taxpayer status (active, in the process of liquidation, liquidated), date of status change, and an indicator of whether the taxpayer has been inactive for more than 12 months.

Individuals can be searched by their TRN, by the number of their identification document, or by their personal identification number. The search results will display the TRN, full name, and the code of the tax inspection authority where the individual is registered.
